Few questions dear. You are using PSU for outdoor unit because you are not using PoE switch. The need of external power adapter vanishes if POE switch used.. Right?

I have an outdoor station KV8113 and Indoor Station DS-KH8350 which are connected to a Hikvision POE switch and in the end connected to an NVR. Unfortunately I haven't succeeded with the update of the outdoor station's firmware because I can't see through Batch Configuration nor IVMS 4200. With the help of the Batch Configuration tool i can only see the Indoor station and NVR system. I've also tried to enable the Auto Get IP Address for the outdoor station, through the Indoor Station, but it doesn't work. Can someone give me some hints of what needs to be done in order to see the KV8113 in the Batch Configuration tool ? Thank you in advance.

Works great for the seven day trial period then after I paid for the year it doesn’t work properly again. On the phone almost every day with customer service.

I enabled the motion detection option, but my phone does not alert me when someone enters my motion area. I can only see the notification in IVMS-4200. but on my phone, I only get a notification when someone presses the doorbell. Did I set something up incorrectly? I really need motion detection.

Yes. I would assume that nobody would buy and install an expensive solar powered camera where they could use a wired IP camera.
